I was really pleased with the service department here. I typically deal with my dealership at home in Sudbury but while I was away for a quick trip to Waterloo my heat shield came loose which is noisy and terrible. I didn't want to lose it on the highway heading home either so they kindly fit me in on a weekend and bolted it back on. I appreciate that they made room for me and they were very courteous. Thanks again! We had a nice and quiet drive up North.

I'm very surprised this location doesn't have a higher rating. I've worked in client service for about 6 years so I expect a lot when it comes to how I'm treated. My sales associate was Stephany (you might know her from the kitchener location) and she was AMAZING. So sweet, patient, and incredibly client focused. I had a lot of questions and concerns, but she never made me feel rushed or as if I was a bother. Purchasing a car is a huge deal and it can be hard to choose what dealer to go to but I would HIGHLY recommend Nissan (I love my car so much) and I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you so much Stephany and staff for helping me with my new car!!!! I love it !!!!!!!!
