Sales Consultant
Waterloo Nissan is searching for an outgoing, driven sales consultant to join our team immediately!
-Meet and greet customers professionally and courteously
-Follow the documented dealership sales process
-Maintain a high level of customer service as measure by Nissan's customer viewpoint
-Ensure their presentation meets the customer sales expectations as set out by Waterloo Nissan
-Attend to incoming sales calls
-Maintain a high level of production knowledge through ongoing PTS training, meetings, Webinars and self-study
-Log all prospects with the sales managers in the desking office
-Review prospect list at the beginning of each shift
-Follow-up all prospects within a reasonable amount of time
-Maintain a high level of personal appearance consistent with the standards set by the dealership
-Report to management of any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership, its personnel or customers
-Adhere to company policies with respect to safety rules and regulations and ensures government legislated safety practices are followed, such as WHIMIS training
-Contact all customers that have taken delivery of a vehicle within a reasonable amount of tie to ensure they are completely satisfied
-Complete all documentation and paperwork as required
-Maintain a clean and organized work station
-Assist in vehicles lock-up each evening after shift
-Drive specialty vehicles int the show when required
-Perform other tasks as assigned by department managers
-Responsible to adhere to all Procedures and Training established within the Quality Management System as they apply to specific activities, processes and tasks
-OMVIC certified
